With a 17 year track record of innovation across board games, TTRPGs, and toy-based play, we’ve collaborated with major licensors, entertainment brands, and original creators to craft unforgettable games that live at the intersection of strategy, story, and fun.

International consists of veteran publishers of licensed tabletop games, puzzles, and toys, including Transformers, GI JOE, Dungeons & Dragons, Lord of the Rings, Star Wars, Welcome to Night Vale, and more. Their publishing and distribution experience and connections within the tabletop industry enables Geek Out! International to gain a foothold immediately in the Board, Card, and RPG market.
Meet The Team
Elisa Teague, has designed and produced licensed games for properties of Disney, Marvel, Hasbro, Wizards of the Coast, and more.
In her 24 years in the tabletop game industry, she has over 150 game credits to her name, gaining expertise in all facets of the industry, from game development through production.
In tabletop games, she designed and wrote the content for GOI's signature game, Geek Out!, which has been licensed around the world and has 15 versions, including Disney, Big Bang Theory, and the upcoming Harry Potter edition.
She began her career at Playroom Entertainment, where she quickly moved from graphic design and production duties to game design and development, creating in-house titles as well as working with dozens of designers and brands to license games for production.
Following a decade of work at Playroom, Elisa co-founded Geek Out! International, designing games for some of the largest game companies in the industry, as well as consulting for tabletop industry businesses, creating multi-million dollar game lines that still continue today.
In 2020, she took a job as Sr. Producer of Roleplaying Games at Renegade Game Studio, where she wrote and produced full roleplaying game lines for GI JOE, Transformers, My Little Pony, Power Rangers, Vampire: the Masquerade, and more.
She just finished writing and producing on The Crooked Moon RPG from Legends of Avantris, which has raised over $4 Million on Kickstarter and an additional $1.5 Million in pre-orders.
Since then, she has gone back to freelancing, reestablishing and taking a larger role at GOI, turning it into a publisher in addition to a game design studio.

For over 25 years, Dan Rowen has been developing, producing and selling a wide range of items in the Toy, Game, and Licensed Consumer Product Goods industries. Specializing in traditional tabletop card, board, and dice games, Dan founded and ran Playroom Entertainment for nearly 18 years before it was acquired by Ultra PRO in 2017.
The Playroom game range included a wide assortment of children’s, family, party and strategy games with IPs including Disney, Lord of the Rings, The Hobbit, The Big Bang Theory, The Princess Bride and Cthulhu, as well as homegrown game brands such as Killer Bunnies, Scary Tales, and Dad Joke Face-Off. Working with some of the best game designers and toy inventors along with building an amazing team for in-house development, had Playroom products in all channels of the US market and were localized in over 25 languages overseas.
After overseeing the Playroom brand and working on a line of Pokémon electronic games at Ultra PRO, Dan joined Imagination Entertainment as a vice president, where he worked on major media titles, including Family Feud, Wheel of Fortune, Jeopardy, and tons of other licensed games.
After working on over 300 games throughout his career, Dan is currently the vice president of Prime 3D, working on a line of licensed lenticular puzzles, stationery and an exciting new range of motion graphic games. Licenses with Prime 3D include the catalogs from Disney, Marvel, Star Wars, Universal, Hasbro, WB and select titles from Dreamworks, Paramount and many more.
Dan continues to run Toyetic Brands and is building an exciting new range of toys and games, and is co-founder and COO of Geek Out! International.
